Théa Payne Personal Training is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to ‘Théa Payne Personal Training’ where the policy sets outs out how we protect and makes use of the information you give us.

This policy applies to our website users and clients.  We gather and use certain information about individuals in order to inform you about our services and to provide useful, current resources on this website.  We also collect information to better understand how visitors use this website.

We gather personal health information purely for the benefit of providing the best possible training for you and to improve your lifestyle.

Consultation/Training Sessions:

Personal and communication data collected

  • Name/address/email/telephone no. and emergency contact details
  • Age and date of birth
  • Height/weight
  • Medical and injury history
  • Lifestyle and diet information
  • Correspondence between you and us via text, email or social media
  • Details of your visits to us and training progression notes
  • Testimonial feedback and any information required from problem or complaint
  • Details of the resources and services we have provided to you or that you have enquired about, including any additional information necessary to deliver those products and services and respond to your inquiries.
  • Credit card and financial details are not collected and therefore never stored.

This information will be used to design appropriate training sessions for you.  We may use this information to communicate with you about training and offers, and improve our service to you.

We do not disclose any information to third parties except:

  • To other health professionals eg. physios or sports therapists linked to us/working in the same venue when required to improve the service to you (this will only be done with your consent).
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Marketing Data:

If you ask us to contact you via the contact form on our site, you will be contacted by the telephone number and email address provided. Please inform us of any changes to your contact information. If at any point, you prefer not to receive such communication, please let us know.

We will always ask for your consent before adding you to our contact database. This consent will clearly explain that we may periodically send emails with updates about us, promotional news about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
